Calming nausea during pregnancy

A lot of pregnant women suffer from nausea when pregnant. It often occurs around about the third month. This changes from one woman to another. Several things can help you calm it, for example eating a mint sweet 15 minutes before you get up in the morning, or drink a large glass of water before your meal and not drinking during your meal. Certain herbal teas like camomile or ginger are good too, especially to avoid dehydration.
