Cleaning your baby's face

Here's how to clean your baby's face: for his ears, whatever you do, don't use soap. Water is just fine, dampen a piece of cotton wool or a cotton bud.
For his cheeks, forehead and chin, you can use a water spray. Then gently rub.
For his nose, you can use a piece of cotton wool or again a cotton bud,dipped in a special salt solution. Just clean the outside, don't touch inside is nostrils. Same for his eyes, a bit of physiological serum on some non fluffy cotton wool and clean from the inside out.
