Doing aquagym during your pregnancy



So many things in your body and mind change when your pregnant, due to the different hormones produced. You may feel a bit confused. Why not do aquagym (gym movements in the water).
The contact with the water will relax you, and yet you will really exercise well. It will help your back pains, teach you to work on your breathing, and help you sleep better.
