Tips and advices Baby & pregnancy

Eating correctly during breast feeding

There isn't really any food that you should avoid during breast feeding, but certain aliments must be consumed with moderation.
It's the case for citrus fruit, cabbage, spinach, dry beans, and prunes, which all might make it difficult for your baby to digest.
Like when you're pregnant, avoid sugary sodas, coffee and tea which aren't recommended for babies.
Also, certain aliments might not be much appreciated by your baby such as garlic, onion, cauliflower... They may make him pull a face!
