Eating well-balanced when pregnant is very important for the growth and health of your baby. You should'nt eat for two, but eat two times better than before! It is advised to eat 1800 to 2600 calories per day, of which 20% proteins, 30% lipids, and 50% carbohydrates. In other terms, it is advised to eat 4 dairy products (yogurt, cheese, milk), 3 or 4 pieces of fruit, 4 to 5 portions of vegetables, one portion of fish or meat, 3 to 4 spoonfuls of olive oil and one to one and a half liters of water.
