To fight constipation, which is frequent during your pregnancy, it is recommended that you drink alot of water, especially first thing in the morning. It is also good to eat food that is rich in fiber (rice, lentils, spinach, biscuits or crackers) and green vegetables. If it doesn't get any better despite doing so, you should consult your doctor who will prescribe you the suitable medicine. Don't forget that you must not take any medicine or laxatives without your doctor having said so.
