Making meals ahead

It's important that your baby gets used to fruit and vegetables as from an early age.
Making vegetable meals takes time, so why not make them ahead and then freeze them.
Here's what you'll need : some plastic boxes, a blender, a freezer, lots of fruit and vegetables and some spare time!
Cook the fruit and vegetables, blend them and then put them in different boxes. Then put them in the freezer.
All you'll need to do is defrost them several minutes before tea time. If you're going for a picnic, store them in a cool box.
