Massage your stomach after having given birth



After having given birth, your stomach is all distended. Rub is with a scrub made of vegetable oil and rose petals. Choose a rose with nice big petals and put the petals in a bowl. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil in between your hands and rub till it warms. Put the petals on your stomach and rub with the warm oil, by doing circular movements. Do this once a week and your stomach should get back to normal in no time!
