Massaging your baby



It's well known that massaged babies are healthier! As early as two months old, you can massage your baby with some vegetable oil and a drop of essential lavender or rose oil.
Massage his/her feet, hands, tummy and chest. He'll fall to sleep in no time! Avoid massaging if (s)he's just had an injection.
