Not consuming caffeine during your pregnancy



Studies carried out between 2003-2006 show that drinking caffeine (coffee, tea, cola, energy drinks, chocolate and coco) during your pregnancy has a negative impact on the growth of your baby. It can also provoke miscarriages.
one cup of coffee has about 100 miligrams of caffeine.
The consequences are significant on women who drink over 200 miligrams of caffeine!
