Tips and advices Baby & pregnancy

Not travelling too much when pregnant

During the first few months of your pregnancy, travelling isn't forbidden unless your doctor says so.
Far away and exotic destinations aren't recommended when pregnant.
If you need to take the plane, your doctor can prescribe you some support stockings which help against oedema and bad circulation.
If you need to go by car, let the others drive and stop off regularly for breaks. Don't forget to tie your seatbelt, by plugging it in under your stomach, hip level.
When your soon due, it's best not travelling at all and staying near where you're planning on giving birth.
