Preventing allergies

If you sneeze a lot, are sensitive and you have allergies, avoid putting carpets in your house, and put the hoover over as often as possible.
Open your windows regularly too. Your children's mattresses should be treated against dust mites.
Finally, certain types of clothes can provoke allergies, so make sure you go for cotton clothes, avoid angora wool and wash new clothes before wearing them for the first time.
