Talking to your baby

Even though baby can't reply, he hears everything. It's by listening that he'll learn how to construct a sentence. Then (s)h'ell hear his/her mother tongue and find it easier to learn later on.
And what can you say to your baby?
At home tell him what you're doing "mummy is cooking your dinner", "daddy is fedding the dog".
In the car explain what you can see outside "look at that tree".
it's also reassuring for him to hear his parents voices.
