Conserving wine

If you haven't got a wine cellar, converve your wine in boxes, after having wrapped the bottles in some newspaper.
Store them in a cool and dry area. Make sure the cork is in contact with the wine.
If your wine tastes off when opened, you can try and save it by pouring some vinegar in a jug, emptying, and then putting the wine in the jug.
