Cooking and frying French fries

In order to get golden French fries, just plunge your French fries once into the boiling cooking oil, for a few seconds, for them to become slightly coloured. Drain them and wait for a moment.
Then plunge them again into the boiling cooking oil, until they are cooked.. and perfectly golden!
