Making perfect mayonnaise

Your mayonnaise is a failure? To make it up, just mix a spoonful of your failed mayonnaise with one spoonful of water or cold milk, in a bowl. Whip quickly with a fork, while progressively adding the rest of your failed mayonnaise. And there you have a perfect mayonnaise!
