Strawberry mousse recipe

All you need is:
- A packet of strawberry jelly
- 1/3 pint of water
- 80 cl of thick cream
Break the jelly into cubes and put them in a saucepan. Pour the water over the broken jelly and heat until dissolved. Let it cool down but don't let it start to set.
At this point, you can add a few handfuls of fruit (i.e : strawberries)
Gently stir in and then put the mixture into some glass dishes or sundae bowls. Put them in the fridge to set. They only need to be left in the fridge for half an hour if you like them moussey or 1-2 hours if you like them solid.
You can also use the same recipe and replace the strawberry jelly and fruit with other fruit like orange or lemon.
Finally add a squirt of spray cream on top - delicious!
