Cleaning your ears

For the outside of your ears, use some soapy water and clean with some cotton or a cloth.
Although cotton ear buds can be used to clean ears, they aren't recommended for cleaning the inside of your ears as they push the wax further down.
You can buy some special liquid in your local pharmacy. If you want a natural solution, you can use some olive oil.
Lay your head down and apply it into the exposed ear. Then tilt your head the opposite way so the wax will flow out with the oil. Finally, apply a few drops of water to clean.
