Organising your bedroom to sleep better



Have you ever heard of feng shui? It's the art of harmonising the energy that moves around your bedroom and is meant to have a good impact on your sleep.
There's a few simple things you need to know for stabilising the harmony of ying and yand.
First, avoid orienting your bedhead south, it is best to be north.
Also, try not to place your bed near the door, as this will disturb vital energy.
Finally, it's best to choose soft and relaxing colors like pastel colours, blue or light grey and avoid using electrical goods such as TVs ou computers.
