Painting an old piece of furniture with a stencil

If you fancy painting an old piece of furniture with a stencil, all you need to do is sand the piece of furniture down, then paint two layers of white or bright paint.
Cut out your stencil, flower shapes will look nice. Dab the paint in the stencil. Once dry it will be a good idea to varnish on top.
