Sticking back together a torn page

To put back together two pieces of paper (e.g. the page of a book) without any tape, just use a little paintbrush and apply some egg white on the edges of the pages that have been torn apart. Let it dry.
The aftermath of the tearing will subsequently be much more cosmetic.
