Choosing your fish from the harbour or from the supermarket

Should you buy your fish from the harbour or from the supermarket?
If you live near the seaside, make the most of it by buying your fish on the sea front.
You will then be sure to have nice fresh fish, caught that day.
And if you live nearer to a supermarket?
Some people prefer buying supermarket brand names without GMO's.
Think about it...
Note that some fish species, even the most common ones are endangered.
So leave them alone for three or four years to reproduce. You'll appreciate them even more later.
