Cultivating sorrel

Sorrel needs to be grown in a shady area as if it gorws under too much sun, the leaves will be acidic.
When you come to pick the leaves, don't pick more than half of the clump.
You can also wait till the first clump you've picked grows back before picking the other half.
You can also buy flowerless sorrel. This type of sorrel often produces tastier leaves as the plant consecrates itself on producing the leaves.
