Relieving headache after a sunstroke

If you have stayed under the sun for a long time, you may subsequently suffer from a bad headache.
To relieve the pain, just lie down for a while in a dark room, close your eyes and put a few fresh mint leaves on your forehead.
If you cannot have a lie down, drink a camomile infusion.
