Getting rid of spots

Wash your skin with a special soap you can find in the pharmacy against spots and rub an ice-cube on spotty areas in the morning and in the evening.
Your skin must be damp so that it doesn't dry up and the ice-cube must be left no longer than four seconds.
Don't worry if your ckins a bit red after, it's normal.
Another tip is to dab a bit of vinegar on the spots before going to bed. Vinegar helps dry up spots.
Some people also advise putting toothepaste on each spot begore going to sleep.
