Preparing a relaxing bath



Prepare a relaxing bath with some camomile. Throw three handfuls of camomile flowers into 2 litres of water, and boil it for 10 minutes. Let the camomile infuse for another 30 minutes. Then, remove the flowers and pour the decoction into the bathtub. Add as much water as you need to enjoy your relaxing bath..
