Soothing period pain



If you suffer from period pain, you can massage your tummy on your acupunture area which is two fingers under your belly button. Put a bit of pressure on this area with your fingers or gently massage and you'll instantly feel better.
Another handy tip is to drink camomile tea. To make it nicer to drink, you can add some honey.
