Stopping nose bleeding

Do not blow your nose! It would make things worse! Just sit down, with your head slightly bowed and above a container that will collect the blood. Gently press your nose with finger and thumb for 10 minutes. When the bleeding is stopped, clean your face with a cotton ball full with warm water.
