Cleaning brass objects

To clean your brass objects, prepare a mixture with lye or washing soda and water (proportion should be 1 glass of washing soda for 2 litres of water) and wash your objects.
You can also prepare a mixture with flour and salt and vinegar. Apply this paste on your brass objects and leave to reste for an hour. Rinse and polish and that’s it!
