Cleaning old coins

Use an aluminium saucepan. Put a piece of zinc and some sodium salt into it. Fill the saucepan with water and boil. Soak the coins in the boiling water and take them out with a pair of pliers. Immediately rub the coins. Thanks to electrolysis, your old coins will be completely gleaming.
