Asking your child direct questions



If you want your child to easily talk to you and chat more, ask him/her direct questions as indirect ones like "What's new?" may be too vague for him/her.
Go for direct questions like "Did you paint today?" "Who were you sat next too at lunch time?", "Which books do you prefer - ones on animals or ones on cars?"
That way hells be able to tell you all about his delightful little world!
