Dealing with a sulky child

Does your child often sulk as soon as he is annoyed? Don't give in.
As soon as he decides to sulk, don't pay any attention and carry on with what you were doing.
Don't forget to talk to him normally.
After a short while, he will get fed up of being grumpy and get back to normal.
Don't talk to him straight away about this little incident, as by doing so your child will think he's won. However, you may bring it up later on, whilst teasing him. If he laughs too it's a good sign!
