Dealing with a teenager that wants to go out all the time

If you've got a teenager that wants to go out all the time, you must make him/her understand that there are certain hours and rules that need to be respected.
(S)he must always answer your calls when out and respect the time that you ask him or her to be home by.
(S)he must learn that it's all about trust.
