Getting your child involved in the housework

It's important that you get your child involved in the housework as from an early age. Ask him/her to tidy his toys up, and then make his bed?
Later on, he should not only tidy up his room, but also give a hand tidying up after dinner etc.
He'll then find it easier the day he moves out!
