Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for children as it provides your body with all of the energy it needs to get a good start to the day. And yet a lot of people don't eat enough in the morning. Make sure you child eats cereals, toast or breakfast rust in, with honey or jam. A pot of yoghurt or a glass of milk will also provide calcium. Finally, don't forget a piece of fruit, full of plenty of vitamins!
