Getting rid of humidity on your cheese board cover

It's very easy : take the cheese board cover off and clean with warm water mixed with sea salt.
This will clean and disinfect it. Dry with some absorbing paper. Put your cheese back on the board with a sugar cube to absord himidity and then cover over. Replace the sugar cube with a new one every two to three days.
