Getting your jumper back to it's normal size after it having shrunk in the wash

Has your jumper shrunk in the wash? All you need to do to save it is pour a bottle of fabric softener in to a bucket of water and leave your jumper in it all day. Rinse and then stretch it out to dry without spinning.
Another solution is to use shampoo. Leave your jumper in it for a quarter of an hour and then rinse.
