Naturally whitening laundry

Before putting your white clothes in the washing machine, put some lemon slices into a knotted handkerchief. Then put the knotted handkerchief with the lemon slices inside your washing machine, with the clothes. Then hang your laundry out in the sun. Sun and lemon are very good partners to replace any chemical whitener!
